We deliver a complete menu of wind turbine inspection and maintenance services that cover the full scope of wind turbine operations including wind turbine tower, rotor, drive train, control system maintenance.
ROTOR MAINTENANCE
Our team of experts are prepared to deliver the full spectrum of blade inspection and repair including specialized applications such as performance upgrades, blade balancing, leading edge protection, lightning system repair, structural damage, cosmetic damage, part building and blade production support.
Wind turbine generator and gearbox repair or replacement can be costly, affecting site performance and overall return on investment.
Our qualified service teams are experienced across multiple OEM platforms and bring a high level of expertise with a focus on cost effective solutions for inspection, repair or replacement of major components.
Control system performance is critical to efficient turbine operations and maximizing turbine potential.
Sky Climber service specialists will help diagnose or support maintenance campaigns on all control systems including pitch systems, yaw systems, cabling, controllers and cabinets.

With more than 300 certified wind turbine technicians, Sky Climber Renewables is readily available to deliver qualified talent to augment scheduled services, execute a large scale repair campaign or new construction project.
Leveraging our parent company Sky Climber, we utilize specialty designed wind turbine platforms to perform exterior turbine services such as wind turbine cleaning and painting applications.
Our teams are certified by Hempel for painting services and experienced on a full range of cleaning applications including environmentally friendly cleaning, both internal and external, for fire damage, spills or erosion.
Sky Climber pioneered the up-tower access service for wind turbines in North America. We were the first to develop a complete up-tower platform system for wind turbine blade and tower services. We utilize a full suite of access solutions including various Sky Climber suspended platforms, rope access and aerial truck-lifts. We always approach each project with the most suitable solution based on the scope of work. Our teams can execute the service as a turn-key solution or provide access only to clients looking for a solution to put their own technicians in the air.
Our 80,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, offering 3D & 2D Laser Cutting, Welding and Forming. This division of Sky Climber is full equipped to meet your project needs, including in-house engineering and AWS certified welders and inspectors.
